(VAR) for major computer hardware and software vendors. Our affiliate Texas Corporation began in 1982 developing various proprietary, vertical software packages. The Company emphasized Physician Practice Management and Hospital Systems and developed proprietary Document Management System/Workflow (DMS) to facilitate Document archival/retrieval and enterprise-wide reengineering efforts.
Texas Telemedicine and its affiliate corporations are owned and were founded by John Thomas. Imaging Data Systems Private Limited is an off-shore subsidiary of Texas Telemedicine, in the “electronic” city of Bangalore, India, for software development and back-file document conversion/indexing. We have agreements with several high-tech companies in India to use their software professionals on a need basis.
